This is funny, look at the picture below. It's a letter from the DMV stating that the license plate request "OPECFY is considered offensive, and we are not able to approve your request". OPEC is of course the controller of your gas prices and supply if you didn't already know. It looks like he won't be able to drive around with "OPEC F- You" any time soon...
