How to Freak Out Your Neighbors [pic]

I am surprised nobody has thought of this sooner. At least I haven't seen it anywhere on the internets before. It would be real cool if you had a friend that would play along with you and put up the same thing but with a different FBI Surveillance Van number. Or have him park him van in front of someones house.
